TERMS OF SERVICEI reserve full intellectual property rights to display and distribute my work. By commissioning me, you understand that you may NOT under any circumstances reclaim or deface my work as if it were your own (This includes coloring over the work without my express permission) OR repost my work without proper credits to me.If you are interested in commissioning mature artworks, you must verify  by ID that you are of age 18 or older.PAYMENT & QUEUE:I currently only accept $USD through Zelle (or Stripe for non-US commissioners). My commission queue is prioritized by 1. Fully paid/Rush-fee paid, 2. Patreon rewards, 3. Anything that is in queue after the first two. I typically do not like to take longer than 2-3 weeks on a commission, but if I take longer than 120 days to deliver your order, I will issue a full refund.PROCESS OF WORK:Upon contacting me with your order description and references- and we decide on following through with the commission, I will provide you with a rough concept sketch shortly thereafter- free of charge. If you approve this concept sketch, I will then ask for payment and we will continue discussions of further refinements and revisions of the initial concept from there. Note: I will only do up to 2 revisions of the rough concept free of charge before I begin to charge for further revisions. The fee for revisions past 2 will be $5.USE OF MY WORK:As the commissioner of the artwork, you are allowed to use my art for personal use only, with due credit to me (@korishachi). Personal use includes things like using the art as a profile picture/banner, a desktop background/phone wallpaper, etc. Actions that are NOT personal use include using the work commercially (Using the work for 3D modeling, digital assets etc., promotional material, cover art for a book or album), putting my work through an AI software, converting it into an NFT and so on.These terms of service are subject to change at any time.
